The MetroTex Association of REALTORS® today released Euless homes sales figures for the month of May. MetroTex President Steve Habgood announced Euless’s near-record volume of sales.

“The market in Euless on is extremely active,” said Habgood. “While overall the number of available homes is low on any given day, homes that do appear on market tend to sell very quickly. There were 59 homes sold and 78 pending sales in Euless last month.”

“We definitely recommend consumers develop a good relationship with their REALTOR® to help them navigate such an active market like Euless is experiencing,” said Habgood.

Other highlights include of the MetroTex report include:

• The average sales price in Euless is $246,624, a 17% increase over last year.
• Average sales price is 99% of list price when listed with a REALTOR®
• The number of available homes on the market in May 2015 was 64, compared to 77 in May 2014.
• The average price per square foot in Euless increased from $98 in May 2014 to $111 in May 2015. 

“We predict Euless will continue to be part of one of the most active markets in the country,” said Habgood. “In Euless, homes listed with REALTORS® are selling in 58 days on average.
