North Richland Hills – Cilia Stelly, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, has been named chief nursing officer at Medical City North Hills, starting Sept. 14.
The appointment marks a meaningful homecoming for Stelly, who began her nursing career at Medical City North Hills in 2013 as a progressive care unit nurse. She also began her nursing leadership journey at the hospital, advancing to unit supervisor and critical care manager before taking on progressive leadership roles across HCA Healthcare.
“Cilia is an accomplished nursing leader with a demonstrated commitment to building strong teams, developing future leaders and delivering exceptional patient care,” says Spencer Turner, CEO of Medical City North Hills. “Her connection to Medical City North Hills makes her return especially special, and we are excited to welcome her home as our chief nursing officer.”
Stelly previously served as assistant chief nursing officer of Medical City Plano, providing executive leadership across multiple nursing services. She also held nursing leadership roles with HCA HealthONE in Colorado, including a position as assistant chief nursing officer of HCA HealthONE Swedish.
Stelly earned a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is Nurse Executive, Advanced–Board Certified (NEA-BC).
