UIL Playoff Game Trinity vs. Allen -- Dec. 6
Two-time defending state champion Allen Eagles (14-0) made a 26-yard field goal with 44 seconds left in a 30-27 win over the Euless Trinity Trojans (12-2). The Class 6A Division I regional final game was played at Apogee Stadium in Denton on Saturday, Dec. 6. Trinity was the last school to eliminate Allen from the playoffs in 2011.
Allen plays Dallas Skyline (14-0) in the state semifinals at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 at SMU.
